I'm a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in London, providing therapy for Global Majority adults who need a space to be heard and seen, to explore, be curious, learn more about yourself and importantly, a space for you to just be.
I work relationally, which means our therapeutic relationship itself becomes part of the healing process. I blend humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, thinking about both the here and now and early experiences, to support you to feel clearer, more attuned to yourself, and aligned with who you are and what you want.
Our work together can support meaningful change, helping you to live in ways that feel more authentic. I work with care to honour and attune to your cultural, spiritual, racialised, and lived experiences and histories.
Your whole self is welcome here.
As a South Asian Muslim therapist, the mental health and wellbeing of the Global Majority is an area of my practice which I am especially passionate about, and I work in a way that seeks to honour and attune to your cultural, spiritual, racialised and lived experience and history.
