Reflection and connection with ourselves brings its own healing and insight when done in and with community, allowing us to witness each other and our shared humanity. 

Workshop groups are kept small, rooted in care and take place throughout the year.

I support and work with organisations in a number of different ways including:

• facilitating reflective practice and reflective spaces
• creative wellbeing workshops
• talks, panels and lectures
• consultancy.
